Returns & Restocking Fee

At Green Crete Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

  • Unopened Items Only: Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Return Window: Customers must request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking charge will apply to all eligible returns.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective Products & Equipment

Green Crete Technologies will cover the full cost of replacement for any defective products or equipment, including shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@greencretetech.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
