Returns & Restocking Fee
At Green Crete Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
- Unopened Items Only: Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Customers must request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking charge will apply to all eligible returns.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective Products & Equipment
Green Crete Technologies will cover the full cost of replacement for any defective products or equipment, including shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at admin@greencretetech.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
